We have several artists in residence here at Pinkguitarfarm. We will periodically update the site with new works as they are created. Enjoy!

Sophie, is that flower a passion-fruit flower? In Florida, the plant will also grow a wonderful round fruit, which one eats whole, seeds and all. Almost like a guava…
Hi Susan and Alan!
Yes, this is a passion-fruit flower, Sophie was inspired on the farm, they grow like weeds here and are literally everywhere. According to farmer Gene, who also sells produce at the Fairview Farmers Market, locals call them “ground apricots”. We had no idea they grew so prolifically in TN! We are working on a blog post regarding this wonderful plant and what it tells us about the health and minerals of/in our soil. Here is a wonderful web-site if you are interested in more information about the Passion Flower plant.
